Request a diagnosis
Log in to your Yuju account with your username and password.
Click the gear icon for "Settings" in the blue menu.
In the “My Stores” section, under the “Channels” list, find “Mercado Libre” and click on the channel’s settings icon.
Next, you’ll find the “Importing Mercado Libre Products to Yuju” section. Here you’ll see two tabs: “Diagnosis” and “Solution.”
In "Diagnosis," read the instructions, and then click the "Request Diagnosis" button.
After you submit the diagnostic request, you’ll receive an email within 12 business hours notifying you that you can now log in to the platform to clean up your catalog.
Catalog Cleanup
When you receive the email notification, go to the “Solution” tab to find a list of suggestions for cleaning up your catalog.
Go to each of the tabs and make the requested adjustments:
Duplicates
Listings with duplicate SKUs cannot be imported. You must delete the duplicates or modify their SKUs to make them unique in the last column.
No SKU
We can only import listings that contain a defined and unique SKU. Add a unique SKU to each variation that does not have an SKU.
Results
Every time you make a change to the two options above, the result of the adjustment is reflected here in this section.
All
You can view all Mercado Libre SKUs. We recommend reviewing the imported SKUs to ensure they are complete and correct.
For each adjustment made, click the disk icon next to the SKU field to save. Or delete the ones you don’t want to use using the option in the last column.
Go to the “Results” tab and check the status of the changes you made under “Duplicates” and “No SKU.” You’ll see the following two columns:
Status: Check the status of your change (updating, error).
Message: shows you the details of the error generated.
Import
When you finish the catalog cleanup process, click the “Apply Changes to Mercado Libre” button.
Note: Within approximately 24 hours, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the final import from Mercado Libre to Yuju.
Run “Diagnostics” again to verify that all inconsistencies have been resolved; review the summary—all actions should show zero. Remember that the import cannot proceed if any SKUs remain unresolved.
If everything is now at zero, click the “I have completed my changes, request import” button.
That’s it! Your Mercado Libre catalog has now been imported into Yuju, and you can start editing, categorizing, and launching your products to all the marketplaces you want in a streamlined way.
